Improving Access to Appointments
We are always trying to improve access to healthcare for our patients. As part of this, we have updated our appointment system to ensure that medical problems are dealt with by the correct person, in the correct timescale.
When arranging an appointment, please make use of the facility to book a GP, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant appointment up to 4 weeks in advance. This can be done by phoning the usual surgery number or booking online.
Please speak to our receptionist team to arrange online access to appointments, if you haven’t already done so.
If you feel that your medical problem is more urgent, and needs to be dealt with on the same day that you contact the surgery, please let the receptionist know and arrangements will be made for a GP to phone you back as soon as possible to discuss it.
